After six months of playing War Era, El Fakroun, one of the early members of the Tunisian government, has taken on the responsibility of leading Tunisia. With a background in economics, he now aims to strengthen the country both diplomatically and militarily.
His main priorities are strengthening relations with allies, increasing Tunisia’s influence, and helping new players develop their strategic and coordination skills.
However, Tunisia faces a major challenge: its relatively small player base. According to El Fakroun, the game’s limited popularity among Tunisians makes attracting new players and building a stronger population difficult.
When it comes to conflicts, Tunisia prefers diplomacy first, while ensuring that the Ministry of Defense and Vice President can react quickly when war breaks out. Close coordination with allies remains a key part of this strategy.
Beyond Tunisia’s current alliance, El Fakroun highlighted Nigeria and Croatia as countries with experienced and helpful players worth strengthening relations with.
Asked what makes his leadership different, he rejected the idea of a one-man government, emphasizing that Tunisia operates through teamwork, shared ideas, and collective decisions.
The biggest change he would make to Tunisia? Its location. While being surrounded by allies provides security, it also makes territorial expansion difficult and can leave players without exciting conflicts.
He concluded with a simple message to the Tunisian community:

أما على مستوى العلاقات الخارجية، فيرى الفكرون أن دول التحالف تأتي في المقدمة، إلى جانب نيجيريا وكرواتيا لما تضمانه من لاعبين ذوي خبرة يمكن الاستفادة منهم.
وعن أسلوب قيادته، يؤكد الفكرون أن الحكومة لا تعتمد على شخص واحد، بل تعمل كـفريق موحد يقوم على تبادل الأفكار واتخاذ القرارات بشكل جماعي.
وعندما سُئل عن الشيء الوحيد الذي يرغب في تغييره، اختار موقع تونس الجغرافي؛ فموقعها الآمن والمحاط بالحلفاء يجعل التوسع الإقليمي أكثر صعوبة.
