Well this is a super short one, just wanted peoples opinions.
Are employes actually worth it? If you self work right now its 480 energy a day ( with 200 max per 10h ) times 60 ( max production ) thats 28800 Produktion per 24h, compared to my current 700 produktion after two days of training and hiring.
That`s a long gap to close before employes pass self working no?
