Moderation has been the main issue and killjoy of this game for months now.
Don't get me wrong, some things have certainly improved, but the main issue has always been unclear rules, no procedures, and zero transparency or accountability.
Back when I started, they permabanned new players when their name looked a tiny bit too alike. Then it changed to "ban first, ask questions later." And now this...
The real question is: who moderates the moderators?
