Players stationed in the region were forced to relocate under the assumption that the PTO was genuine. However, this turned out to be a deliberate abuse of game mechanics.
This situation highlights a blatant violation of established treaties and the unlawful capture of a vital strategic point for Venezuela.

The team was fully aware of the situation—specifically the widespread use of multi-accounts deployed to weaken our nation and transfer assets to enemy forces via illegal means. Failing to penalize those exploiting these mechanics is an oversight that undermines game integrity.
Just as with the Puerto Rico incident, no penalties have been enforced and no rollbacks have been applied to restore the affected territories.
We request an official response regarding why exploits are being ignored and why rule violations that alter the geopolitical state of the game are being allowed to stand.
