Exposure of the Brazilian Government's Betrayal and Breach of Peace

Good morning, dear WarEra players. Today, I am not here to write sarcasm or jokes. I come to expose a country—or rather, its current government—which has violated peace negotiations after pretending to be interested in mutual peace and regional leasing between the great nations of Argentina and Brazil (yes, Brazil is a great and respected nation, even if its government is not).

Returning to the main point of this article: I am here to summarize the true nature of the current Brazilian administration. Argentina has been in negotiations with Brazil since its liberation (let’s remember they didn't "win" their freedom; Uruguay withdrew without losing a single battle). The deal consisted of a weekly rent for the four regions in Argentina's possession, which would have helped Brazil restart strong economic activity and achieve a prompt recovery. As I have said from the beginning: we Latinos must stand united.

Brazil listened and stated that the terms of the offers seemed fair. Therefore, we proceeded to draft a treaty to be published and made official, demonstrating mutual cooperation and returning Argentina and Brazil to being close allies. We have proof of this cooperative tone.

While this was happening and the agreement was being finalized, right up to the point of being signed, a parallel conversation was taking place behind closed doors.

Nothing will be able to get in the way." Followed by, "Australian leader has already been notified and our relations have already been stabilized. The [AF] probably won't help us because of their proximity to the [UO]. But maybe they won't defend the Argentines against us, which would be zero damage."

As you can see, even as they pretended to negotiate a lease agreement, the Brazilian leadership was already stabilizing fronts and calculating alliances to launch hostilities against Argentina. Today, Tuesday for us Latinos, in the final hours of the day, Brazil decided to stab these negotiations in the back and plunge both countries into war.
