This is usually the food we eat to stay energized. It’s the "bread and butter" of the economy. It’s affordable, but because everyone needs it every single day, it keeps the whole system stable.
Working for a Living
The average daily wage is around 15 Gold, which is up about 5%. That sounds like a win, but the cost of "Standard Grade" food is also rising. As a player, you have to watch your wallet if food gets too expensive, that daily wage won't go as far as it used to.
Where the Tax Money Goes
Most countries are taking about 10% to 15% in taxes from your trades and work. Where does that go? Right back into the military. Roughly 65% of national budgets are spent on war supplies and hiring help to defend our borders.
Hiring the Professionals
The "Mercenary" market is where the strongest players sell their services. There is currently nearly half a million Gold sitting in these contracts. When a big war breaks out, a single elite fighter can earn thousands of Gold just for showing up and dealing massive damage.
