Hey there, it's me again :)
Did you know the oldest recorded Salmon fossil dates back to 50 million years ago? They used to have massive fangs, weighed around 500 pounds, and were about 10 feet long. Our modern salmon dates back to 2 million years ago, and they were bred in the pacific. These fish can live in both salt and sweet water, and their reddish ''salmon'' color belongs to the sweet water species. It is one of the most consumed fish on earth, and have essential vitamins that help decrease coronary disease and cancers.
The writer of this article is a lover of salmon in all of its forms: The fish is majestic, but tragically (for the fish) it is also one of the tastiest fish out there. So today, we will do something special, and learn a Salmon based recipe :)
