In the wake of our recent conflict with India and the departure of GulFounder, our nation stands at a crossroads. I had initially planned to work alongside GulFounder to implement these structural changes, but the current crisis demands immediate, decisive action. Therefore, I am stepping up to take matters into my own hands.
We cannot rely on ad-hoc decisions anymore. My administration is running on a single, clear agenda: implementing a strict, technical management hierarchy to guarantee our security, economy, and global standing.
Here is the blueprint for our nation’s recovery and future dominance:
Never again will we enter a conflict unprepared. War declarations will be stripped from individual whim and placed in the hands of a specialized War Council, consisting of the President, Secretary of Defense, Army Chief, and ISI Chief. The President will retain Veto power.
The Army Chief & MUs: A new Army Chief will be appointed to manage all war logistics and coordinate with the Minister of Defense to maintain ties with major domestic and foreign Military Units (MUs). As an incentive for victory, the Army Chief will be automatically promoted to Field Marshal upon the successful recovery of at least three of our territories.
The ISI Chief & Intelligence: Wars are won with information. We are establishing the post of ISI Chief, who will initially manage a covert network of at least five spies globally (expanding as our population grows). Their primary directive is tactical timing—such as striking when the enemy has just exited a massive war and is suffering from pill debuffs.
Defense Coordination: The Secretary of Defense will bridge the gap between the military and the government, working directly with the Minister of Economy to secure war funds before a single shot is fired.
Our immediate, non-negotiable objective is the liberation of Punjab. Once our lands are back in our hands, the focus immediately shifts to rapid development and rewarding the citizens who fought for it.
Tax Relief Plan: Upon liberation, taxes will be slashed to ~5% for 10 days to stimulate growth. After this grace period, taxes will incrementally rise by just 1% every 3 days until stabilizing at a fair 10%.
Targeted Production: In coordination with the Minister of Economy, we will introduce specific production bonuses for specialized items to dominate the market and enrich our active players.
Isolation is not an option. We are overhauling our foreign affairs to ensure we always have allies in our corner.
Global Embassies: We will embed ambassadors in every major country. The diplomatic process will be expanded to include more players, and weekly progress reports will be mandatory to track our relations.
ICPD Membership: We will significantly increase our cooperation with the ICPD, dedicating maximum government effort toward securing full membership status for our nation.
Strategic Alliances & NAPs: We will solidify ironclad alliances with friendly nations to build a united front. Simultaneously, we will engage in intensive diplomacy to understand the perspectives of currently hostile nations. Our goal is to actively better our foreign relations, de-escalate tensions, and secure strategic Non-Aggression Pacts (NAPs) that protect our borders while we rebuild.

The Public Spokesperson: A dedicated Spokesperson will be appointed to host bi-weekly AMAs and press conferences, updating the public on government initiatives and handling emergency broadcasts. They will serve as your direct line to the administration's viewpoint on any issue.
Merit-Based Cabinet: Nepotism is over. All Ministers will be appointed through a thorough, rigorous interview procedure to ensure technical competence.
The Vice Presidency: To ensure a seamless transition from the old system to this new technical hierarchy, a highly respected, high-level veteran player will be appointed as Vice President.
