We announce, decisively and without any possibility of reversal, that the State of Kuwait has officially entered a state of war.

It has been established beyond any doubt that the current ruling authorities no longer represent the true will of the state. Instead, they have become subject to external influence that threatens Kuwait’s sovereignty and stability. Therefore, the continuation of this situation is no longer acceptable.

Starting from this moment, we launch our military operations to liberate Kuwait from any external influence and to overthrow any authority that is subordinate or imposed by force. Our objective is clear and explicit: to restore full national decision-making.

We consider anyone who supports this external influence a legitimate target. Any attempt to obstruct our movement will be met with a direct and decisive response without hesitation.

We address our message clearly:
Whoever stands with Kuwait’s sovereignty is with us.
Whoever stands against it will bear the full consequences.

We call upon all free people, inside Kuwait and beyond, to stand with us at this historic moment and to join our ranks to restore sovereignty and build a strong, independent state.

Our forces are ready.
Our determination is firm.
And our movement will not stop.

This is not merely a confrontation,
but a battle to restore dignity and sovereignty.

Kuwait is being liberated,
and the decision returns to its people.
