Praise be to Allah, a frequent praise that soothes the soul; we praise Him with the praise of the thankful and seek His forgiveness with the seeking of the repentant. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our souls and the consequences of our misdeeds
Whomsoever Allah guides, he is the [rightly] guided, and whomsoever He leaves astray, for him you will find no guiding ally.To You be all praise and gratitude, O great Libyan people, for your kind trust in us, in our projects that we have laid out, and in our plans for you
For your sake, and for the sake of achieving your interests on this pure land, we stand today at the threshold of history to prove ourselves before you.Today, we transition from a transitional stage, and from the ballot boxes to a new page written with the fragrance of history and glory, where we transcribe letters of gold illuminated by your voices. Today, we pledge before Allah, and then before you, O Libyans, that we will not merely occupy seats or positions; rather, we will be at your service and at your command
You are the ones who created the glories of your country, and you remain an inseparable and authentic part of this noble nation and this land.We stand before a page written with the glories and achievements of the nation, which shall be a glory that lights up the sky of this homeland
The "Congress" is not merely a council where we meet, but a mirror that reflects the aspirations of the citizen, and a mirror of truth, credibility, commitment, and responsibility towards this nation
With Allah’s help, we will achieve all that you aspire to see manifested on the ground. We shall restore the prestige and dignity of the state and grant it a prominent position among the nations and peoples. We will not stop at past achievements; instead, we will be the first to strive for a new accomplishment that we can be proud of for a long time, for the good impact it will have on the glory of your country that you wish to achieve.May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you
