The FIFA World Cup 2026 is set to begin very soon and what better way to celebrate this event than a little prediction game. While the wars in-game are ongoing, I hope this will be a fun activity where we can come together and compete against each other in a different way.

1. Rules of the game

You submit your predictions in the "Prediction Centre". The rules are very simple. You predict on each played game, who will win each group (A-L), who will reach the semi-finals, who will produce the highest goal score as well as who will be World Champion. The points awarded are as shown below:

Examples:

• Result 2-1. Your prediction is 1-2 = 0 points

• Result 2-1. Your prediction is 1-0 = 3 points for correct goal difference and win tendency

• Result 2-1. Your prediction is 2-0 = 2 points for correct tendency, but not correct score.

• Result 2-2. Your prediction is 1-1 = 2 points for correct tendency, but not correct score

• Result 2-1. Your prediction is 2-1 = 4 points

You may submit all your predictions for all the matchdays beforehand if you wish to do so.
In the "Leaderboard" you can check out your current position after each match!

!! Important !! You have to make your predictions before a match starts. For the general predictions (eg. world champion, group winners etc), these have to be made before the world cup begins on 2026-06-11

2. Giveaway prices

The giveaway ends when the world cup ends. The prize pool will heavily depend on the amount of participants and is subject to change depending on how many join.

• Pos. 1: Skin pack of your choice

• Pos. 1-10: 600 gems/subscriber each

If too many join this game and others wish to contribute to the prize pool, please message me privately.
If too few join, I may scale down the prize pool.

And that's all! If there is a bigger interest in this, we could create a joint discord server to follow the world-cup together but I will probably require some help with this (message me!)
