Below is the final statement of our dear friend and citizen https://app.warera.io/user/69d3bf269f38d300d53ab8e6:

BANNED UNTIL 2054: My WarEra Career Has Officially Entered the History Books

Some players retire. Some players disappear. Some players get defeated in battle and spend the next three months explaining why it was actually a strategic victory.

Me? I got banned until 2054-03-05.

That's not a ban. That's a long-term career milestone. I'll return when WarEra has aged another generation, assuming the servers, the economy, and the concept of common sense are still alive.

Until then, I thought I'd leave behind a little history. Every legend deserves a final news article. Mine just happens to come with an expiration date that makes it look like a prison sentence for a particularly ambitious market economist.

Montenegro, Qatar, Mali, Guyana: The Four Kingdoms of My Career

My journey began on April 6 in Montenegro, which at the time was a proxy country of Serbia.

It didn't take long to understand that things weren't going to work out there. People were making a mess, and I decided my talents deserved a more promising environment.

So I relocated to Qatar.

A wise man once said that if the neighborhood is on fire, you don't spend your evening arguing about the color of the flames. You move.

Around that time, I discovered the Serbian commune in Mali. Decent people, similar views about Serbia, and, most importantly, people who were willing to take me in and explain how the game actually worked.

They taught me the basics, helped me find my feet, and gave me a place to grow. The first opportunity I got, I moved to Mali.

I spent a lot of time there. I watched Mali rise to great heights, and I was happy to be part of the journey.

Then came the incident that would test my military reputation.

One day, I accidentally fired without a pill. For those unfamiliar with the game, the pill is an item needed for that kind of action. Without it, things don't go according to plan.

I had to go to eco, meaning economic gameplay, and lost my place in the main military unit.

A tragic downfall? A devastating personal crisis?

No. I simply packed my bags and moved to Guyana.

And there, ladies and gentlemen, my renaissance began.

In Guyana, I became a pro player and sharpened my skills. Montenegro gave me an introduction. Qatar gave me distance. Mali gave me a community. Guyana gave me my final form.

The pill incident remains a small stain on my military record. Fortunately, my ego has excellent stain resistance.

Banned in Every Jurisdiction

Throughout my career, I have consistently stood with the common people.

Apparently, this is a dangerous profession.

My first news article was deleted because I posted a meme that the community nicknamed "remove kebab." A moderator banned me while being targeted in a hybrid war between two Serbian factions.

The ban arrived without a prior warning. Nobody asked me to change the meme or remove it.

Straight to business. No paperwork before the paperwork.

Achievement unlocked: First news article, first ban.

But I wasn't done exploring the legal systems of WarEra's extended Serbian universe.

Next came the Serbian Discord. I was banned for putting emojis on messages.

Yes, emojis. Those colorful little symbols people use when ordinary text is apparently too emotionally complex.

Again, no warning.

Achievement unlocked: Dangerous Emoji Activity.

Then came the Gabon Discord, another Serbian proxy.

My crime there was showing up.

No warning. No request to stop. Just another jurisdiction deciding that my presence was an experience best enjoyed by absolutely nobody.

Achievement unlocked: International Recognition.

At this point, I was building a collection. Some players collect medals, some collect rare items, and some collect military victories.

I collected bans without even needing to leave the Serbian political ecosystem.

And finally, last night, the game itself completed the set.

The Confession: Yes, I Used a Script and a Multi

Let's get one thing straight. I know what happened, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

I used a script. I also used a second account, commonly called a multi. Both were against the rules.

There. The mystery is solved. Nobody needs a detective agency.

The script, however, deserves a little context.

It was not an automatic bot playing the game for me. I made myself a reprice option for items on the market because manually adjusting around 20 items twice a day was a waste of time I couldn't afford.

I still had to click manually. There was no automation doing the work for me.

I had even advocated for a proper reprice feature to be added to the game. Nobody heard me, so I took matters into my own hands.

The game had a problem. I wanted a convenience feature. The game didn't provide it. I built my own solution.

Unfortunately, the rules did not share my enthusiasm for amateur market engineering.

The multi account had existed for several months. It was permanently an eco account and was never used to cause serious damage. I created it for trolling and fun.

Was it against the rules? Yes.

Did I do it? Also yes.

I am not going to perform an elaborate dance around two facts that fit comfortably into a single sentence.

The Missing Chapter: A Warning

Now we arrive at the interesting part.

Last night, I received a permanent ban from the game until 2054-03-05. This time, there was a reason for it. I understand that much.

But there was still one curious detail missing from my career.

A warning.

Nobody ever warned me. Nobody asked me to stop. Nobody asked me to remove the meme, change my behavior, or discontinue the activities that eventually earned me the grand prize.

And as far as I can read the rules, repeated violations are supposed to lead to increasingly serious punishment, with a permanent ban at the end of that process.

Not necessarily at the first strike.

Perhaps I misunderstood the concept of gradual punishment. Maybe it is an advanced feature available only to players who haven't already collected the entire achievement set.

Of course, the final decision was made, and the account is banned. I'm not disputing the basic facts.

I'm simply admiring the journey from zero warnings to a ban that lasts until 2054.

Apparently, my career skipped the tutorial and unlocked the final boss.

To Mali and Guyana: Respect Where It's Due

Before I disappear into the archives, I owe a shout-out to the Serbian commune in Mali.

You took me in when I was still figuring things out, taught me the basics, and helped me become part of something bigger. I watched Mali grow, and that remains one of the best chapters of my WarEra story.

To the people in Guyana: thanks for being part of my renaissance. I arrived after a military mishap involving a pill and somehow ended up becoming a pro player.

Not every career trajectory can be explained by conventional economics.

As for everyone else, keep fighting your wars, managing your economies, arguing over politics, and adjusting market prices one item at a time.

Someone has to keep the traditions alive.

My own WarEra career now has an official end date, a collection of bans, a history of questionable decisions, and enough material for a farewell article that is definitely not an apology.

I'll take that as a trophy.

See you on March 5, 2054. Try not to bankrupt the economy before I get back. Bewre, Gluteus_Maximus will ALWAYS be behind you, judging your every step.

A final note by the editor, me:

While Gluteus admits to both accusations, I still think that a perma ban is too harsh considering the script was quality of life rather than anything that gave a clear advantage like sniping below price market goods. All the transactions still had to be done manually, so that's just a QoL feature, and with an open api like warera's anybody could do that and anyone who's a bit smarter than Gluteus could keep a system like this running without raising any attention.

Anyhow, considering how a lot of multi-makers get 3 days temp bans on their first and sometimes even second offences, I really think Gluteus deserves another chance. I petition the moderation to turn his ban into a hefty fine in gold.
