Terms

1. Neither party to this pact shall engage in any form of military attack against the other under any circumstances.

1.1. Greece shall not inflict or contribute to any form of damage against India on any front, whether directly or indirectly.

1.2. India shall not inflict or contribute to any form of damage against Greece on any front, whether directly or indirectly.

1.3. Participation in tournaments or competitions on opposing teams shall not be considered a breach of this agreement.

2. In the case that any party is defending a region in a battle, both parties may request support for defense of aforementioned region.

2.1. Greece may request support from India in the case that they are defending their region from another country.

2.2. India may request support from Greece in the case that they are defending their region from another country.

3. In the case that neither party is participating in a battle in which they are defending their own region, either country can request assistance in a battle that they are directly participating in.

3.1. In the case that India is not participating in a battle in which they are defending their own region, either Greece can request assistance in a battle that they are directly participating in.

3.2. In the case that Greece is not participating in a battle in which they are defending their own region, either India can request assistance in a battle that they are directly participating in.

3.3. Neither country is obligated to assist in a battle that is requested if it involves a conflict of diplomatic interest.

4. In the case that either party would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do so by informing the other party 2 days prior to breaking the agreement.

4.1. In the case that Greece would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do so by informing India 2 days prior to breaking the agreement.

4.2. In the case that India would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do so by informing Greece 2 days prior to breaking the agreement.

5. Any violation of this agreement shall require immediate compensation upon formal request by the affected party.
