Hello everyone, War Era players.
Yesterday, I came up with an idea for a new mechanic that could be added to the game, and I’d like to share it with you and ask that, if you like the idea, you vote for it on the game’s Discord server https://discord.com/channels/1102968781699043428/1556972459603918878
I’ll explain my idea below.
Currently, when you put an item up for sale, it is sold to a random person anywhere in the world.
Imagine you are a Brazilian citizen at war with Chile. You put bullets up for sale, and it just so happens that the person who buys them is a Chilean citizen who will use them to attack your country.
My suggestion is that the president should be able to establish trade agreements with other countries. When a Brazilian citizen puts an item up for sale, it would then be sold randomly only to citizens of countries with which Brazil has a trade agreement.
This would prevent players from accidentally selling resources to enemy countries and would also introduce the possibility of economic sanctions between countries.
Going back to the previous example: imagine you are a Brazilian citizen, and your country has trade agreements with Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, and Peru. Then Chile declares war on Brazil, so the Brazilian president terminates the trade agreement with Chile.
From that point on, when you put your bullets up for sale, they would be sold randomly to someone from Venezuela, Colombia, or Peru instead of to a Chilean player.
