Historic document signed between Italy and the Vatican

After tireless netotiations by @697b1c3375e83770b288d1db , the current VP(Vice Pope) and @684ffb8c62731210c8cee380 , the current MoFA, supported by @69b9d87975d28d85e725c8c2 , a document that enters the two countries of Italy and the Vatican in an era of peace has been signed.

Italy was rightfully worried about the Vatican becoming a strong nation within the heart of their capital. This nation within a nation could've been used as a staging ground to invade Rome itself.

To ensure that during the rule of @69b9d87975d28d85e725c8c2 this would not happen we had to negotiate for days. The Vatican didn't want to suffer becoming a vasall state of Italy and Italy didn't want the Vatican to take sides in a possible future war against their adversaries.

Finally the document sealing the NAP for 30 days has been signed with both parties being happy with the conditions. One reason why Italy gave concessions was the establishment of the CIU, the Catholic Inquisitorial Unit. This organization stops any attempt at taking over the Vatican for the benefit of another nation dead in its tracks.
