How Are Small Countries Being Taken Over Using Multiple Accounts?

This is not a new problem it has been happening repeatedly. In the past, the United Arab Emirates and Oman were taken over using the same method. A few days ago, Ghana was also taken over through a large number of multiple accounts, and now it seems that Kuwait is the next target.

So far, more than 20 multiple accounts have been brought into Kuwait and leveled up to Level 10 so they can participate in the elections.

What is even more shocking is that most of these accounts have set the same Iraqi player the one previously associated with the takeover of Ghana—as their referral. This raises serious concerns that these are not independent players, but part of an organized operation.

We have reported these accounts several times, yet no visible action has been taken.

So we would like to ask:

How long will the use of multiple accounts to take over small countries continue?

Is there no way for the administration to put an end to this?

Why are repeated reports about these accounts seemingly ignored?

Why aren't the rules enforced equally for everyone?

We are not asking for special treatment. We are only asking for the rules to be applied fairly and equally to all players, and for small countries to be protected from being taken over through multiple accounts so that the game remains fair and competitive.
