Well, I would occasionally open a ticket and they usually replied within 12 hours.
After some time I opened one where after 24 hours not even a "hello we'll look at it right away".
Not long ago, a colleague of mine took several days. Not long ago, a comrade of mine also had to wait several days to be seen.
How common are these delays?
