How One ISI Operative Controlled India’s Tech, Diplomacy, and Intelligence
Most people think espionage in WarEra is just dropping an alt into an enemy server to take screenshots of a general chats.
What Bukesh Kumar did was different: he helped run their government.
At his peak, Bukesh became their FinTech guy, their ambassador, and a RAW agent. The exact counter-intelligence team meant to catch spies in the first place.
As DG ISI, I’m posting this to show how this operation actually played out.
1. RAW:
They didn't put Bukesh in defense, they put him in External Intelligence. RAW literally deployed him as a spy to handle external ops and gather intelligence on foreign targets.
While their command thought they had an active operative running espionage for them, every target profile, operation directive, and intelligence briefing assigned to him went straight back to us.
They trusted an ISI operative to handle their foreign spying.

There was no complex operation to get this position. Bukesh literally filled out an application form for the Ambassador role, and their high command just approved it.
Just like that, they officially put an ISI asset in charge of handling their foreign relations and speaking on their behalf.

That wasn't just a title, it gave him full visibility into their entire economic setup, and financial planning. While their team thought he was managing their treasury and optimizing their economy, he was logging every resource movement and financial plans straight back to us.
External Intelligence (RAW):
This is the most embarrassing part for them. Bukesh wasn't hiding from RAW, he was literally working inside RAW. If their high command was making moves based on RAW's intel, they were just reacting to stuff ISI already saw and checked. their own intelligence team was basically doing our job for us.
