Changes::

Total Wealth of a Country's citizens and average wealth of a country is now also included in the formula as:

Country Total Wealth*80 + Country Average Wealth/100.

All Damage Dealt has been tuned down as damage dealt more recently takes precedence:

All damage/2000000 -> 2250000

Production bonus calculation has also been changed. Now it's Production bonus⁴/2000 (with a hard cap at 500 points/country)+ Production Bonus.

This change was needed upon seeing that Top 4 production countries are generally getting 50-100k income taxes/week, while countries with 15-20% bonus get 5-10k, and all other countries get even less.

Weekly change is calculated from Sunday evening (04.26), most changes have been made well before that to conserve some continuity despite the changes in formula.
