I managed to introducte some better data (thanks to

https://app.warera.io/user/68974a44e7c74552d8886051) while deleting older less significant ones as a way to make the ÉLŐ Rating a better indicator of a country's and its players strength:

Avg Lvl *Initial Development and Avg Lvl* Dmg have been deleted as well as the recently introduced Player+Country wealth.

Added PLYR$ which is: (player's wealth rank + a players dmg rank + 600 ) /player's wealth in gold. This was done to measure wealth in a per player level but clnsider their willingness to fight as well.

The Expected dmg calculation has also been changed. Instead of manually gathering data based on Level brackets, now it's calculated using a players 'real' level using last week's maximal damage output in that level.

Changes to keep the score more or less even (damage inflates so it was unchanged):

Pop/3-> 2,5

Dev/1,3->1,2

Exp Dmg/3500->3250
