Hello Farmers!

Here's this week's ranking.

Since last week several changes have been made.

I introduced RegionDiffValue*1,5 and CountryProductionValue as well as changed InitialDevelopment/1.3 to 1.5.

Another change is the introduction of the last 4 week's Dmg/3 600 000 while 'nerfing' overall Dmg.

(Since I do not possess the data for weighting players by level everyone is kinda worth the same. If someone provides me said data, I'll gladly use it but I also kinda like it that babybooms do show even if a level 10 player won't contribute too much in terms of Dmg or economic output for a couple of months compared to seasoned vetersans.)
