If you're using Firefox (either PC or Smartphone), uBlock Origin (an extension which you hopefully have installed already) is easy enough. Just open warera, click on the uBlock icon, block the klipy.com entries, then click on the lock icon to save the filter.
For the Smartphone, I guess it depends on the device and the (system) apps installed. See if you have a firewall where you can add domains to a block list.
If necessary, install an app like RethinkDNS. Open the app, click on Firewall in the top right, then on IP & Port rules.
Go to Domain rules.
Click on the + icon at the bottom, then enter
and click on Block.
In warera, you still see that an user posted something, but it doesn't show anything.
And no worries, you can still see emojis. ;)
