Wondering where to get tools for your employees? You don't buy them directly from the market. Here's how to obtain them!
1. Let your employees work
Each hour an employee works, they have a chance to find a toolbox. The chance depends on their Luck stat: 0.1% per Luck point, up to a maximum of 2% per hour.
2. Participate in employee events
Some employee events can reward you with toolboxes, so pay attention to the events and the choices you make.
How employees events work:
Events occur about once per day with 3 employees, and never more than 3 per day.
Employees must have been hired for at least 48 hours.
You must log in at least once every 3 days.
Each employee can receive at most one event per day.
If you ignore an event for 36 hours, the game automatically chooses the default option.
3. Open your toolboxes
Toolboxes can contain tools of different rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Mythic. Higher-rarity tools provide bigger production bonuses, ranging from +3% to +65%.
Important: Tools and toolboxes cannot be traded or sold directly. Tools also wear out after approximately 500 working hours, so you will eventually need replacements.
Tip: Employees with higher Luck have a better chance of finding toolboxes. If you want more tools, pay attention to Luck when hiring and training employees.
