September 6: Morning Report
War Era woke up busy today. Hungary declared war on Romania at 06:06, and only about 20 minutes later Romania launched an attack on Central Ukraine at 06:26. Romania is now the obvious country to watch: a new war has been declared against it while it continues operating offensively elsewhere.
Europe has several other fronts moving at the same time. Germany conquered Gelderland-Brabant from the Netherlands, while Lithuania attacked Western Volyn, Italy attacked Southern Albania, and Serbia launched attacks on both Montana & Lovech and Transdanubia. Two rebellions are active as well: Kalimantan against Indonesia and Kuwait against Iraq.

Money is moving too. Morocco received 4,369 in transfers from two countries: 1,469 from South Africa and another 2,900 from Kyrgyzstan. The Netherlands separately transferred 2,000 to Cuba. There is no evidence yet that the Moroccan transfers are connected to military preparations, so for now the interesting part is simply the concentration: two countries sending Morocco funds within the same short window.
Some great news:
Diplomacy produced another change, the Netherlands and Luxembourg signed a defense pact, while Romania purchased Eastern Galicia from Ukraine for 100. So Romania isn't only appearing in today's military feed; it is involved in territorial movement as well.
There is also something for company players, three fresh deposits appeared:
Brandenburg received +34% Limestone for 5 days
Southern Guatemala +34% Mysterious Plant for 5 days
Comoros +24% Mysterious Plant for 4 days.
The two +34% discoveries are the strongest of today's three shown so far.
One extra detail makes today's wars worth following: they are taking place under the new September combat balance.
Patriotic Bonus:
The Patriotic Bonus is now +20%, while alliances receive the full +20% only up to 10% of world development; oversized alliances can fall as low as -20% damage.
