this is a super long article about my bromance with the government of Malaysia since their baby boom back in March.

ignore the typos and grammatical errors, i wrote this article around 3AM - 5AM while being on a server call with several people from the game, will post it in around 00:00 UTC cuz thats when most people in Asia log in, and maybe to cheese article views from daily mission.

After spending the past 3 months doing everything I could to stay on Malaysia’s good side, despite us literally being enemies at one point, I genuinely thought we had moved past all that.

Instead, the sitting government and the admins of the Malaysian discord server has finally nuked "pulau pelarian".

"Pulau Pelarian" was basically a private embassy I had on their server for about 3 months. A place where I talked shit about not just my own government, but even the Malaysian government, which is basically sums up what SEAbling culture is.

I wasn't the only person in that channel, in fact there were more people than just me in it, including their former president who is now being alienated by the current government for alleged treason(?) but that's a topic for another time

I took it personally because I actually considered some of these people close friends of mine. I think of him as a dictator, but Malaysia and its players has been in a very good position due to being "pacifists" from the very beggining.

Anyways, I do have a lot of good things to say about Perseus, but thats not the point of this article, I'm not gonna lick someone's feet publicly like that lol

So back "Pulau Pelarian", behind the scenes, I spent a lot of time giving the Malaysian gov some advice, statuses on other country's foreign policy, sharing strategies, and helping them organize things internally.

Fun fact: I even managed to convince their previous administration to lower taxes to 1%, from 5%, even showed them charts using my finance and business background irl to justify it.

I pretty much used those same principles with my own MU members, back then it was only 15-25 people, now its 50 people, and the results honestly speak for themselves.

The funniest part is that almost every country knows me as one of the biggest pacifist in the game, especially in a country full of warmongers.

Not because we were scared of them, or saw them as a threat, but because I genuinely believe regional stability (with your neighbors) matters more than pointless imperialism and expansion.

I even wrote some articles about SEAbling brotherhood, or sisterhood for the ladies and femboys out there, and why Indonesia should pursue better relations with not just Malaysia, but our neighbors as well.

Meanwhile I’m over here trying to build ASEAN unity while getting treated like a political dissident.

So after all that, seeing my private channel get NUKED without warning feels less like moderation, and more like getting politically purged from a government I helped for weeks.
