This is a google excel file you can go to file option and make a copy in your google drive then only you can edit this file.
I made one with python too but it only tells you maxima of these equations.
I can make for all eco skills but i will see if i get enough support even though that is also easy to make but now i think about this, this would had been much more helpful in previous update but whatever. If i want to make this for all eco/war skills then i have to conduct some survey and all because it other skills don't any connection with each other like these two moreover this was test 1 .
