1.1 Neither party to this Non-Aggression Pact shall engage in any form of military attack against the other under any circumstance.
1.1.1 Afghanistan shall not contribute damage in any direct front of India.
1.1.2 India shall not contribute damage in any direct front of Afghanistan.
1.2 Any violation of this agreement shall be subject to immediate mandatory compensation at a 2:1 ratio upon the formal request by the affected party, where the violating party must compensate the affected party with double the damage done against. (e.g., 100,000 damage requires 200,000 in compensation).
1.2.1 Any violation to this agreement by India must be compensated immediately upon formal request of Afghanistan, where India must compensate Afghanistan with double the damage done against.
1.2.2 Any violation to this agreement by Afghanistan must be compensated immediately upon formal request of India, where Afghanistan must compensate India with double the damage done against.
1.3 Taking part in tournaments on opposing teams shall not be considered a breach of this treaty.



2.1 Territorial Adjustments between India and Afghanistan have agreed that India shall liberate the Afghani capital (https://app.warera.io/region/6813b70d9403bc4170a5db97).
2.2 In the case that a Strategic Resource spawns inhttps://app.warera.io/region/6813b70d9403bc4170a5db97, the region shall be transferred by Afghanistan to India, in return for any two Non-Strategic Resource regions. The determination of transfer of non-SR regions must be made upon mutual agreement by the parties to this agreement.
2.3 There exists a good faith obligation upon Afghanistan to ensure that it prevents deliberate dispossession of regions to frustrate the objective of this agreement.



3.1 Notwithstanding any other obligations, this agreement shall remain in effect for the period of one month.
3.2 Post one month of the signing of this agreement, in the case that either party would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do by informing the other party by giving 5 days' prior notice to breaking the agreement.
3.2.1 In the case that Afghanistan would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do so by informing India by giving 5 days' prior notice to breaking the agreement.
3.2.2 In the case that India would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do so by informing Afghanistan by giving 5 days prior notice to breaking the agreement.
