1.1 Neither party to this Non-Aggression Pact shall engage in any form of military attack against the other under any circumstance (which includes Nepal’s mercenary operations).
1.1.1 Nepal shall not contribute damage in any direct front of India.
1.1.2 India shall not contribute damage in any direct front of Nepal.
1.2 Any violation of this agreement shall be subject to immediate mandatory compensation at a 3:1 ratio upon formal request by the affected party, where the violating party must compensate the affected party with three times the damage done against. (e.g., 100,000 damage requires 300,000 in compensation).
1.2.1 Any violation to this agreement by India must be compensated immediately upon formal request of Nepal, where India must compensate Nepal with triple the damage done against.
1.2.2 Any violation to this agreement by Nepal must be compensated immediately upon formal request of India, where Nepal must compensate India with triple the damage done against.
1.3 Taking part in tournaments on opposing teams shall not be considered a breach of this treaty.



2.1 Territorial Adjustments between India and Nepal have agreed that India shall occupy all of Nepal’s regions except the capital for one month without payment from India.
2.2 Nepal shall in pursuance of its mercenary policy, immediately change its party ethics to “unethical”. Changing of party ethics to any other shall first be discussed with India with a 2 days’ prior notice.
2.3 In consequence of the Nepali aggression against the Indian capital, the former shall pay 5,000 coins as reparations to India.
2.4 Nepal will exit all alliances, especially the ones which are actively acting against Indian interest. This includes the Southern Maritime Defence Alliance (or any of its future derivatives or associations).
2.5 Nepal and India shall not activate any of their military bases which can be used to attack each other's territories. Any activated military bases activated/pending activation at the acceptance of this agreement shall immediately be deactivated. Nepal shall further disable all bunkers immediately at the time of signing of this agreement. Any violation to this clause shall be subject to immediate mandatory compensation of 500 coins upon formal request by the affected party.
2.6 There exists a good faith obligation upon Nepal to ensure that it prevents deliberate dispossession of regions to frustrate the objective of this agreement. Any exigent circumstances which warrant an action in violation of this Agreement shall be communicated to the other Party at a minimum 2 days’ notice. Failure to give prior notice warrants an additional payment of 500 coins due on formal request by the aggrieved Party.



3.1 Notwithstanding any other obligations, this agreement shall remain in effect for the period of one month.
3.2 Post one month of the signing of this agreement, in the case that either party would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do so by informing the other party by giving 5 days' prior notice to breaking the agreement.
3.2.1 In the case that Nepal would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do so by informing India by giving 5 days' prior notice to breaking the agreement.
3.2.2 In the case that India would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do so by informing Nepal by giving 5 days prior notice to breaking the agreement.
3.3 Upon formal acceptance by the Parties’ leadership, this agreement shall come into effect immediately.
3.4 Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, the Pact is subject to re-negotiation at the end of the one-month period post signing of this agreement.
