To ensure and pursue lasting stability within the SEA region.
Indonesia & India cannot attack one another. Directly or indirectly.
Indonesia & India will not contribute damage to battles directly involving any of them.
Violation of this NAP incurs a penalty of 1 gold per 1,000 damage.
For indirect (non-direct confrontation) battles, a maximum damage cap of 250,000 applies. The 1g/1k damage penalty will be enforced only after this cap is exceeded.
India will continue to maintain its defensive AF obligations.
- As an example: In the event of Indonesia attacking a core region of East Timor, India will defend East Timor's sovereignty, however, if East Timor were to attack Indonesian core regions, India will not assist East Timor in their attack.
- In the event of any country controlling an Indonesian core, India will not help in the suppression of any Indonesian revolts.
India and/or Indonesia will not provide financial aid to countries, at the time this NAP is posted, currently at war with Indonesia and/or India, this also includes indirect financial aid.
For example: Indonesia sends money to Romania, then Romania sends that money to Somalia.
Indonesia will not attack India via any of its proxies, but if a battle were to occur, Indonesia is required by this NAP to help in the suppression of the revolt.
Indonesia will not continue or start any new alliances with direct enemies of India, including Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Somalia, Djibouti, Bangladesh, Qatar, and Bahrain.
