1.1. Neither party to this Non-Aggression Pact (NAP) shall engage in any form of military aggression against the other under any circumstances.
1.2. Nepal shall not contribute to or support any military or strategic actions that result in damage to India, whether directly or indirectly.
1.3. India shall not contribute to or support any military or strategic actions that result in damage to Nepal, whether directly or indirectly.
1.4. Any violation of this agreement shall be subject to immediate mandatory compensation at a 2:1 ratio upon the formal request by the affected party, where the violating party must compensate the affected party with double the damage done against. (e.g., 100,000 damage requires 200,000 in compensation).
1.5. Participation in tournaments, simulations, or conflicts on opposing sides shall not be interpreted as a breach of this agreement.



2.1. Nepal retains full sovereignty and control over all its core territories, which shall remain unaffected by this agreement.
2.2. Nepal agrees to provide India access to its Strategic Resource (SR) region on a monthly basis, under mutually understood and coordinated arrangements.
2.3. The transfer or access to the Strategic Resource region shall not constitute a permanent territorial change, and ownership shall remain with Nepal at all times.
2.4. Any additional resource deposits or regions within Nepal shall remain subject to separate negotiations, with both parties acting in good faith.
2.5. Nepal guarantees India secure and uninterrupted access to the designated Strategic Resource region during the agreed periods.
2.6. In exchange for the SR Region, India shall pay an amount of 1200 coins monthly to Nepal.
2.7. Both parties agree to uphold the spirit of cooperation and avoid any actions that may deliberately obstruct or undermine the objectives of this agreement.
