Terms

The Government of the https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7e5 and the Government of the Republic of https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac862, hereafter referred to as “the Parties,”

Recognizing their shared commitment to sovereignty, peace, and international security, agree to strengthen their cooperation in defence and strategic affairs.

Article 1

The Parties agree to assist each other against armed attacks, direct and indirect on core regions and consider it as act against themselves. Each Party shall assist the other with appropriate measures, including military, intelligence, economic and diplomatic support, in accordance with their national law and capacity.

Article 2

The Parties agree to refrain from engaging in combat situations and act against each other, directly or indirectly and affirm to act in no way that hinders the national security of the other parties. The Parties are encouraged in defending the extended territories of the parties to the best of their capability.

Article 3

The Parties shall coordinate on security matters and coordinate responses to regional and international threats as deemed necessary and engage in reasonable intelligence coordination and transfer.

Article 4

This Agreement shall remain valid until termination with a written notice by either of the parties.
