Indonesia's bitter reality

Indonesia is an unfilial child trapped in a "coolie system."

We have seen presidents come and go time and again, yet the nation's fate remains stagnant. Perhaps the problem lies not with the individual leaders, but with the system itself—one that has become deeply entrenched in the country.

A nation of laborers: we are the source of a workforce that is ruthlessly exploited.

From the very start, we were systematically ensnared. We have a flag and a president, yet our national sovereignty is merely an illusion. Our independence is superficial; epistemically, we remain colonized.

Would you agree that Indonesia is suffering from "national disorientation" due to its failure to define its own national identity?
