1. Prohibition of Hostile Actions
Both Parties undertake to refrain from any direct military offensive, hostile maneuver, or other deliberate military action against the territories of the other Party. For the purposes of this treaty, hostile actions shall include, but are not limited to:
Direct offensives against the other Party
Deliberately transferring, trading, or surrendering territory in a manner that intentionally opens a new hostile front against the other Party
Any other deliberate military action whose primary purpose is to undermine the territorial security of the other Party.
2. Non-Interference in Battles
Neither party shall intentionally interfere in a battle in which the other party is participating, whether as the attacking or defending side. Such interference includes directly joining, supporting, reinforcing, or otherwise materially influencing a battle for the purpose of affecting its outcome against the interests of the other party.
1. Damage Threshold
Unintentional or accidental damage caused by one Party to the other Party shall not exceed 1.000.000 total damage per alliance.
2. Damage compensation
If accidental damage exceeds the threshold established under Article II, Section 1, the Party responsible for the excess damage shall compensate the affected Party for the amount exceeding 1.000.000 damage.
Compensation shall be provided by either:
a. Monetary compensation at a rate of 0.25 BTC per 1,000 excess damage. (Repeated violation will further increase the penalty to 0.5 per 1,000 excess damage.)
b. Damage balancing within the same battle, whereby the responsible Party offsets the excess damage through equivalent damage against its own forces or otherwise restores the balance agreed upon by both Parties.
1. Mandatory Term: This treaty is binding until the 1st of November at 01:00pm CEST (UTC +2).
2. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a formal notice ninety-six (96) hours (4 days).
3. Exit Clause Individual members leaving are included in and are held accountable to the NAP until seven (7) days after leaving their alliance or the end of the overall NAP.
1. In the event of a verified breach of any article within this treaty, the violating party is obligated to pay a one-time penalty of 3.000 BTC to the aggrieved party.
1. This document serves as the official public record of the agreement.
2. Any act of breaching the aforementioned terms will not negate the effect of this NAP(exept a notice was made as cited in Article III), and it should remain in effect until the end of the duration.
3. This NAP includes every member state of SMD, including its future members and Vietnam(except 'Exit Clause' occurs as cited in Article III).
