Is the Federation falling apart?

In the past few days, multiple countries have decided to leave The Federation.

And, this is not just a coincidence. It's not possible that all of them decided to leave together. But, could they be connected?

This was the reason given by the United Korean Government for leaving the the alliance:

And now, Kysely himself has left the server of TF and my 'Sources' from TF has told me that there have been a little conflicts between the Head Council of Federation.

Btw, this isn't the first time TF is seeing problems. Rather, as someone who was council member of TF in past, I'm used to seeing problems within the federation. For Exaample:

This one instance where a Level 40+ player from India wanted to use all mythic equipment to fight. The player is one of the first Indian players and is respected. And if he can afford it, he can fight with whatever he wants. But 'Leader of Federation' didn't like it and dropped roughly 800k damage against India.
Just for his personal dissatisfaction.

Another case is of East Timor. From my sources, i've come to know that former leadership of Timor, who were an important part of federation had some conflict with the 'Leader'. The long-loyal member of TF decided to leave timor itself and went to their home country. After which, new leadership took over Timor but unfortunately, even they have now left The Federation.

This is what one certain nation of TF said in an announcement. It means, things are not expected to get better anytime soon

So now comes the question, What exactly is happening in the federation? Are countries leaving because they're being forced to act on wish of few selected people? Is this why TF is making NAPs with everyone because they cannot afford a war at these hard times?
