Is this normal or rulebreaking? THERE'S 38 NEW PEOPLE IN THE LAST 24 HOURS

I want to assume this is normal. But 38 new people in a country of 7 citizen IN 24 HOURS is a wtf moment 😭. Especialy 3 DAYS BEFORE THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS. WHAT?!

WHAT THE HELLL. WHY AREN'T THEY BEING SUBTLE??? I'm happy to have new Nicaraguans for the country ^^. But this is beyond sus. It's a BAGOBA (I don't have any words to describe my reactions)

Please please please. Can someone help/suggest on the comments on how to deal with this?
