Is WarEra Heading Toward Deflation?

As WarEra grows, I believe its economy may slowly move toward long-term deflation.

Every new player eventually builds companies, increasing the world's production capacity. More iron, more food, more concrete, more manufactured goods enter the market every day.

Demand, however, does not grow forever. Players can only eat so much food, use so many pills, or build so many factories.

Wars and economic booms will still create temporary shortages. During wars, food, pills and ammunition may rise in price. During peaceful periods, iron and concrete may become more valuable.

But over the long run, if production keeps growing faster than consumption, prices will tend to decline.

In simple terms: more producers, similar demand, lower prices.

Perhaps the greatest economic challenge for WarEra in the future will not be inflation, but abundance itself.
