Non-Aggression Pact

1.1. Neither party to this Non-Aggression Pact shall engage in any form of military attack against the other under any circumstance.

1.1.1 Italy shall not contribute damage in any direct front of India.

1.1.2 India shall not contribute damage in any direct front of Italy.

1.2 Any violation to this agreement must be compensated immediately upon formal request by the affected party.

1.3 Taking part in tournaments on opposing teams shall not be considered a breach of this treaty.

Mutual Defense Agreement

2.1 In accordance with the terms of this pact, both parties commit to supporting one another in matters of defense and military security, including the defense of each other's regions and military interests.

2.2 Obligations arising from broader alliance frameworks, including alliance issued orders and directives shall take precedence over the terms of the Mutual Defense Pact as long as they do not violate the existing Non-Aggression Pact.

2.2.1 When a request for support conflicts with such alliance related obligations, the requested party may decline, limit, or modify its support accordingly, as long as the requesting party is informed of the decision and its reasoning.

Duration

3.1 Notwithstanding any other obligations, this agreement shall remain in effect for the period of one month.

3.2 Post one month of the signing of this agreement, in the case that either party would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do by informing the other party 2 days' prior notice to breaking the agreement.

3.2.1 in the case that Italy would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do so by informing India 2 days' prior notice to breaking the agreement.

3.2.2 In the case that India would like to withdraw from the agreement, they may do so by informing Italy 2 days prior notice to breaking the agreement.
