War Era is getting bigger every day, and while that's awesome, it means the hamsters and the staff are working double shifts. We’ve always said this game is built by the community for the community, and we want to keep it that way, F2P and fair for everyone.
We don't care if you have a fancy CV. What we actually need are players who know the game inside out, don't lose their mind when chat gets wild, and genuinely want to help us keep this place clean. We’re flexible with your schedule, but we do need people who can show up and help consistently.
👤 What we’re looking for
Discord is a must: You need to be active in our official discord server and in the community in general.
English: The game is global, so you need to understand English well enough to communicate with the rest of the team and use translation tools when needed.
Maturity: With power comes great responsibility. You’ll have to make fair calls, even if the person involved is a friend.
Lead by example: You’re the face of the game rules. We need you to stay polite and professional, even when someone is being difficult.
📋 How the team is structured
Content Moderator: They are our first line of defense. They're the ones who deal with the behavior of our lovely community, and make sure the game enviorenment stays safe for everyone. Always in compliance with the content requirements of the App Store/Play Store.
Moderator: This is more our technical team side of the game rules. They're the one protecting the economy and the competitive balance of the game. The main job is hunting multi-accounts and spotting transaction abuse. They also handle more complex rule violations.
Admin: Admins are the engine of the staff team. They handle the final decisions, system integrity, and support tickets. We act as the bridge between the community, the game and the actual game infrastructure.
