Hello everyone KyleTheTank here,
Tis a great day for the parish, isn’t it?
Firstly I want to thank everyone for having faith in me to lead our glorious nation. You have my word that I will always do what is best for Ireland. I have led us to military victory on multiple occasions, reformed our military organisation, bolstered our good relationship with B.E.E.R. and made plans for our economic success. I know these experiences will only stand to me in leading us to further prosperity. Thank you for giving me this opportunity! I will not let you down!
Thank you to Keon for your dedication and efforts while serving as president. While we didn’t always agree on everything I firmly believe he always acted with Ireland’s best interests at heart.
My first order of business is to restructure some departments. We have a total rework of the propaganda department underway. Part of this rework will include the creation of a new government position designed to oversee the reworked department. The goal of this will be to increase engagement, boost recruitment and give the people of Ireland a better look at what goes on in government compared to the access they had before.
Another goal is to streamline the onboarding process for recruits, bring our guides to in game articles and ensure information that can get lost in the discord is readily available. The aim of these goals are to increase player retention for level 1- 15 players.
Next order of business will be to implement new economic strategies that will ensure the safety and prosperity of Ireland.
Finally, continuing the strengthening of our military forces will be an ongoing effort throughout the term.
I also want to give a special thanks to the UPI and my cabinet for the support shown and campaigning done for me as well as everything you have all done to make Ireland a better place. Without all of you this community wouldn’t be the same.
Here’s to hoping we can all work together to make our little slice of the world prosper together!
