Today, O sons of the nation, Libya woke up to a new victory. It was not an ordinary victory, but a special victory because it completes the series of three consecutive victories. Today we have proven to the alliance and to friends and to enemies that when it comes to our land, we will not soften and we will not surrender, even if that means our bankruptcy and the ruin of the treasury.
Thank you to all the dear people for the sacrifice, thank you to all Arab countries, and thank you to all countries that helped us from outside our alliance, and a special thanks to our alliance which stood with us in the three wars.
