Fellow citizens,
We came together from Reddit - refugees, revolutionaries, idealists to liberate this land. Not because it was easy, but because someone looked at us being occupied and commented, "Indonesia wet dream."
Almost two months we've been here. Two presidents have led us since the era of Yitan.
The last term was our adolescence. Many of us were below level 20. We could declare war on a Tuesday and have peace by Thursday. We dated around diplomatically and somehow stayed friends with our exes. Because we were young enough that everyone expected we would make mistakes.
But in the next era, we're entering young adulthood.
We end this term 2nd place in the country tournament. Our first country tournament, and even our first real battle. We placed among the top 4 in our group and even ranked higher than Japan and Venezuela in the quarter-finals. We saw how well we can do with one hand tied behind our backs.
And we figured it without any serious battle experience in the past, thanks as well to some experienced mentors like Yitan and Boba as well as Japan. We figured it out along the way, thanks to mentors like Yitan and Boba, thanks to Japan's gentle guidance. And by not being too proud to admit we had no idea what we were doing.
With a little bit more power, comes a little bit more responsibility.
We'll make decisions that start to matter more.
We'll make friends, real ones, the ones that stick through everything.
We'll make enemies. What's a war game without a little drama?
And we'll definitely have plenty of frenemies.
But we'll navigate through this like we always have.
So here's what I'm asking: Vote for Rin.
Not because I have all the answers. But because I'll figure it out. I'll find and take advice from the ones who know better. And I'll listen to what each one of you wants, even the silent majority, and because we'll keep you informed on what's going on.
