Public Announcement, Mutual Defense and Alliance Pact

effective from 15 May 2026.

This is not a sudden friendship, nor a temporary convenience. Mali and Finland were allies before Finland’s recent baby boom, before its rise to around 150 citizens, and before others started paying attention to its growth.

The relationship already existed.
Now it is public.
Now it is formal.

The core principle is simple:

An attack on one is treated as an attack on both.

This alliance is not just symbolic.

It means that https://app.warera.io/country/6873d0ea1758b40e712b5ee9 and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac80b are expected to coordinate when either side faces invasion, hostile political pressure, or hostile mercenary activity. It also means both sides agree not to sign third-party deals that directly undermine the other ally.

Individual rogue actors will be handled diplomatically through official representatives. If unauthorized friendly-fire damage exceeds 100k damage, the offending side must either return the damage in the same battle or pay 5 gold per 10k damage.

The goal is stability, not drama.
Coordination, not confusion.

This pact remains valid indefinitely unless terminated by a formal or public 7-day notice. During that notice period, all alliance terms remain active, including mutual defense and non-aggression.

Immediate termination is reserved only for serious breach: direct attack, funding revolts, hostile political takeover attempts, or other material violations of the pact.
