Hi eco players of War Era,
In case you missed our last summary from three days ago, you can catch up here: https://app.warera.io/article/6a3a9b179585e02c8ab991c4
I hope you are all doing well today! Here is your summary of profitability and wage updates:

Figure 1: Product Profitability Ranking, sorted by peak Profit per PP (UTC)
The profitability of Paper remains exceptionally high after Liberia changed its specialisation to Paper, backed by a significant 50.50% production bonus. This, combined with booming market demand, continues to drive the price up, allowing Paper to hold the number one spot in our Product Profitability Ranking.
At the same time, a major disruption in Wood production occurred after "The American Eco Party" modified their party ethics to non-industrialist ethics, triggering a massive drop in the US production bonus for Wood. With a higher demand for Wood in Paper manufacturing, paired with elevated production costs resulting from the diminished bonus, the market price of Wood surged rapidly, outpacing the production cost increase and skyrocketing to number two in Profit per PP.
For corporate owners running low-maintenance setups with zero manual workers, or those looking to calculate the best gross break-even baselines for new hires, these are today's premier options:
Paper (Liberia): 0.134 BTC/pp
Wood (Austria): 0.134 BTC/pp
Concrete (Poland): 0.130 BTC/pp

Figure 2: Regional Wage Ranking, sorted by Top Net Wages (>= 0.120 BTC/pp)
Due to the immense market price of Wood and the ultra-low tax brackets of countries specialising in Wood production for competitive reasons, the top six positions of the entire Regional Wage Ranking are entirely monopolised by Wood.
Mauritius takes the first place in net offerable wages thanks to a tiny 1% income tax rate. It sits infinitesimally close to second-place Austria, which held a higher national production bonus of 40.50% but offers a slightly higher 5% income tax rate at the same time.
For employers who want to retain full fidelity workers by providing premium net wages while safeguarding their profit margins, or for employees looking to scout a more well-paying industry, these are today's premier operational hubs:
Wood (Mauritius): 0.137 BTC/pp (Aided by a lower 1% income tax rate)
Wood (Austria): 0.136 BTC/pp (Driven by a higher 40.50% production bonus)
Wood (North Macedonia/Luxembourg/Moldova, Moldova/Dushanbe, Tajikistan): 0.132 BTC/pp
Grain (Luapula, Zambia): 0.131 BTC/pp (Deposit has 1 day 1 hour left)
Mysterious Plant (Ecuadorian Amazon, Ecuador): 0.131 BTC/pp (Deposit has 4 hours left)
Quick Guide: How to Read the Metrics
(For a deeper dive, check out my previous comprehensive guide https://app.warera.io/article/6a2dbfa8bf1497024a04a6a4.)
1. Profit per PP (/Top Hiring Wages): Dictates your raw margin when utilising Automated Engines (AE) without workers. Higher on the list = better passive returns.
2. Top Gross Wages (Full Fidelity): The break-even ceiling for full-fidelity workers (stayed for 10+ days). Use this to progressively scale up your new hire wages to maximise employee retention.
3. Top Net Wages (Full Fidelity)
For Bosses: The absolute maximum net wage you can offer without running a deficit. Excellent for scouting company relocation regions.
For Workers: A benchmark to check if your current employer is paying you fairly, or if it's time to switch sectors.
Reminder: Both Figure 1 and Figure 2 are real-time market snapshots. Because the game economy fluctuates constantly, these numbers will continue to shift.
