Moderators and administrators showing favoritism?

Relax, guys, favoritism is totally a coincidence.

Another week on our beautiful server, and once again the same pattern that many have been denouncing for months has appeared: the rules seem to be the same for everyone… but some nationalities receive a “premium” version of the regulations.

Because, of course, when certain players appeal, the responses are:

“The evidence is sufficient.”

“The sanction stands.”

“There are no exceptions.”

But when the sanctioned player is Venezuelan, magically these appear:

“There was a mistake.”

“The case has been clarified.”

“Appeal accepted.”

“Immediate unban.”

What an impressive coincidence.

CASE 1 — NaoLionRR, LordSunRD

Here we see something quite curious.

First, a message appears:

UNBAN “Seen with ticket (issue with FG)”

And shortly after:

BAN “multi-account” duration: 9999 days.

The important detail here isn't just the ban.

The important detail is that for months it's been said on Discord that they use different computers and that supposedly this justifies the situation.

However:

it's never thoroughly reviewed, the explanation is never accepted, there's never any flexibility.

For some players, “using different PCs” is absolutely useless.

The appeal simply enters the administrative black hole and disappears.

But don't worry, that changes depending on the virtual passport.

CASE 2 — Kay20

Here we enter downright absurd territory.

The screenshot shows:

MUTE_USER Reason: “Discrimination, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, and hate speech // Repeatedly behavior”

In other words:

it wasn't an isolated offense,

it wasn't accidental,

it literally says “repeated behavior.”

But then it shows:

UNMUTE_USER “Error with Mute Reason - Clarified”

Excuse me?

So:

was there repeated hate speech?

or wasn't there?

did the repeated behavior magically disappear?

Is the rulebook now interpreted based on friendship?

Because it's quite convenient that even a serious mute ends up being lifted prematurely.

Many players receive full bans for much less.

Translate:

"Why continue to allow all this unjustified violence against a noble people like the Venezuelans? Simple, the reactionary "caliches" (Colombians) are incapable of understanding peace, harmony, and civilization. They prefer to dirty the streets, rob businesses, hit women, and invade Caracas after having signed a treaty where they declared they wouldn't do so..."

Translate:

"The United States (which aren't as united as they used to be) have just declared war on their lord and father, the United States of Venezuela, rising from their mall carts and taking up their fried-chicken-powered AR-15s to fight for the state of Florinda... to turn it into a zone full of fat shooters to put an end to the Venezuelan Catholic civilization."

But some seem to have access to the secret “automatic pardon” button.

CASE 3 — GALES420

And here we arrive at the most blatant example.

The screenshot shows:

Warning,

Fine,

Ban for repeated exploitation,

and subsequently… an unban.

All practically in a chain.

The reasons include:

“Slavery second offense” “Boosting and Exploitation (Repeated)”

That is:

Repeat offense,

Exploitation,

Financial sanctions,

and a formal ban.

But even so:

UNBAN — Appeal

How efficient the system is when it actually wants to be.

  • There are players waiting for answers for weeks.

  • Others receive answers in hours.

  • There are players completely ignored.

  • Others seem to have a direct line to moderators.

And the most curious thing is that the same circle always ends up benefiting.

THE PROBLEM IS NO LONGER FAVORITISM… IT'S HOW OBVIOUS IT'S BECOME

Nobody is saying that a Venezuelan can't appeal.

The problem is that:

when others appeal, the rules are absolute;

when they appeal, exceptions appear,

reinterpretations,

clarifications,

administrative errors,

and bureaucratic miracles.

The Colombian community isn't upset that appeals exist.

The community is upset because:

the standard is never the same,

sanctions never last the same amount of time,

and “impartiality” seems to depend too much on who knows whom.

Because if the system were truly fair:

either everyone gets reconsideration,

or no one does.

But currently, there seems to be:

“War Era Premium: Venezuelan Edition.”

And as long as some moderators continue to confuse “justice” with protecting their friends, COLOMBIA will continue to raise its voice. Because remaining silent in the face of favoritism is also being part of the problem.
