In the Name of God the Most Gracious the Most Merciful
Citizens friends and members of our nation
I stand before you today not to promise a perfect world but to promise that I will do everything I can to make our nation stronger more stable and more respected
We have been through difficult times and we have lost a lot but we are still here
What matters now is not what we lost yesterday but what we can build tomorrow
If you give me your trust I will work to strengthen our economy improve our military protect our borders and expand our influence in a way that serves our nation
Our resources should be used wisely and our strength should always have a purpose
I know the road ahead will not be easy
There will be challenges and there will be difficult decisions but I believe we can get through them if we stand together
For a stronger nation
For a better future
To secure our place among the strongest nations in War Era
I ask for your trust and I will take that responsibility seriously
Together we build
Together we move forward
Together we make history
Together we build a better new Libya!
