My First 5 Days in War Mode: What Could Possibly Go Wrong? šŸ˜‚

I wanted to share my experience after spending 5 days in War Mode.

Before I switched to War Mode, the whole thing was pretty mysterious to me. I had no idea what I was supposed to do, how I was supposed to hit, or even where to start.

And honestly, none of this would have happened without the help of the guys here in Egypt — especially the Ministry of Defense and the guys from the military unit I’m in. They were the ones who encouraged me to give it a shot.

Of course, I was going into this terrified of losing my money. šŸ˜‚

I switched to War Mode with 6 companies, each one at Level 6 — basically exactly as the book says — and I had around 1,100 Gold on me.

Day 1:

My first day was a complete disaster. šŸ˜‚

I was absolutely lost. I had no idea how I was supposed to hit, how to get the right build, or what half the things I was doing even meant.

I went to one of the websites, got the Skills, and then picked up a build.

BUT...

I took the pill two hours later than my unit did, and my Health bar wasn't completely full. So I had to eat fish šŸ˜‚ just to make up for the missing Health.

And the funniest part?

I had already bought 8 pieces of meat. šŸ˜‚

So I ended up having to sell 3 of the pieces of meat I had just bought.

Then, because apparently I wasn't done wasting money yet, I went for a high-value build with a 0.05 bonus, hoping that some contracts would come my way.

Spoiler: No contracts.

So I had to buy another build with 0 bounty šŸ˜‚ and ended up making the build's profit around 40.

Absolute peak financial management. šŸ˜ŽšŸ’ø

— Bro really thinks he's Naguib Sawiris, the billionaire. šŸ˜‚

Anyway, I started the day with around 1100 Gold, and after buying all that nonsense, I was left with roughly 600-something Gold.

At that point, I swear I had the exact same mental breakdown you see in movies when people are watching the stock market crash, holding their hearts and staring at the screen like their entire bloodline just went bankrupt.

Pure financial cinema. šŸ˜‚

Eventually, the day was over.

I thought, "Okay, after all the chaos, mistakes, and money burning, surely the damage will at least be decent."

I checked my damage...

Around 450K.

Honestly, I was expecting more. I don't know why, but I really thought I'd hit harder.

But whatever — at least it wasn't completely terrible. šŸ˜‚

And then, just when I thought the day couldn't get any better...

Because I completed the War milestones, I reached Level 24.

So I went to adjust my new Skills...

And accidentally upgraded my Eco Skills instead. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

I put points into Production, Energy, and Entrepreneurship.

To this day, I have absolutely no idea what I was doing.

I was just clicking buttons and watching my economy die in real time. šŸ˜‚

By the end of that beautiful first day, I had lost around 150 Gold.

BUT...

Over the next four days, things started getting better.

I slowly recovered financially, learned how to deal with War Mode properly, managed to put out some respectable damage for my level, and even picked up a few tricks along the way.

And eventually...

I was back at 1,100 Gold. šŸ’µšŸ’µšŸ˜Ž

So honestly, I would recommend that anyone who's thinking about trying War Mode should just go for it.

You're probably going to make mistakes.

You're probably going to waste some money.

You might even accidentally upgrade your Eco Skills when you're supposed to be upgrading your War Skills. šŸ˜‚

But that's how you learn.

And if nothing else...

You can learn from my mistakes instead of making the exact same ones. šŸ˜‚ā¤ļø
