Venezuela and the parties listed above agree not to attack Senegal during the duration of this NAP.
Senegal agrees to the same commitment towards Venezuela and the parties covered by this NAP.
Senegal, Venezuela, and the concerned allied countries will propose peace to each other through the in-game peace law, ending their current state of hostility for the duration of the NAP.
Neither side will use Senegalese territory, regardless of who controls or occupies it, as a launching point for an attack against Venezuela or its allies.
The same applies to Cape Verde and the other territories bordering Senegal: they will not be used as launching points for attacks against Senegal.
Venezuela agrees to immediately return all Senegalese territories currently under its control.
In return, Senegal guarantees that Dakar will remain under Senegalese occupation for the entire duration of the NAP and will not be transferred to another party.
This NAP will remain valid for 1 month starting from September 10, 2026.
