RECOGNIZING the historical ties, shared Pacific heritage, and mutual commitment to peace, security, and sustainable development across the Indo-Pacific region.

DESIRING to formally affirm, solidify, and strengthen perpetual peace, diplomatic cooperation, and economic partnership between both nations.

REAFFIRMING their joint commitment to international law, national sovereignty, and the peaceful resolution of international disputes.

Have agreed as follows:

ARTICLE I:

AFFIRMATION OF PEACE AND FRIENDSHIP

1. There shall be firm, inviolable, and universal peace, and a true and sincere friendship, between the Solomon Islands and the United States of America, and between their respective citizens.

ARTICLE II:

DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR RELATIONS

1. The Parties shall maintain full diplomatic relations through their established embassies, consulates, and diplomatic missions.

ARTICLE III:

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND TRADE

1. The Parties agree to encourage trade, investment, and sustainable economic development between both nations.

ARTICLE IV:

ENTRY INTO FORCE AND ENACTMENT

1. This Agreement shall enter into force on August 07, 2026.

2. This Agreement shall remain in force perpetually unless amended or terminated by mutual written consent of both Contracting Parties through official diplomatic channels.
