Through the Eyes of the Artemis II Crew

During their loop around the Moon, the crew of Artemis II from NASA witnessed a perspective that only a handful of people have ever seen. From that distance, Earth is quiet. No borders, Just one whole blue Ball.

But on the way back, something changed. As Earth comes back in sight after looping around the Moon… The image has shifted. As if a filter was suddenly placed over it. The world turned orange.

Astronaut Reid Wiseman 's first glance left him almost speachless. Other crew members can confirm the first very words that rolled over his lips.
