  1. Calculate for raw materials like iron, limestone etc -

For new players if they dont know i have a formula to calculate maximum wage you can offer to get profit out of a worker for raw materials and not finished product maximum wage = raw material price in the market currently x fidelity x regional bonus for example, if item price is 0.09 (iron) and fidelity is currently at 1% and regional bonus is 60%. you can find the maximum wage to be 0.09 x 1.01 x 1.6 which is 0.145 this is before tax cut so if someone wants to get profit after achieving fidelity 10% it will be 0.09 x 1.1 x 1.6 which is 0.158 u can get profit from this wage after 10 days of work. u can reduce the wage from here to gain more profit but this is absolute maximum wage u can offer to get any profit from a worker currently crude oil is in sky high profit margin for production with market job wage standard.

  2. Calculate for finished profuct like Steel, concrete etc -

For finished product, maximum wage u can offer = (finished product price - (no. of raw mats need to produce finish product) x (raw material price)) x fidelity x SR Bonus. For example if steel price in market is 1.79 and iron price is 0.09 and it takes 10 iron to make one steel then maximum wage for profit = (1.79 - 10 x 0.09) x 1.01 x 1.6 if u want profit at fidelity 1% then maximum wage u can set is 1.438 for fidelity 10% wage should be 1.566 this as per market rate of the items
